If you have already registered IWQoS 2014, and need an invitation letter to apply for visa for the conference, please email the local chair, Prof. Dan Wang, csdwang@comp.polyu.edu.hk, with the following info:

1. Your FULL name, and mailing address.

2. Your registration confirmation #. 

3. Your paper/demo/poster title.
